General Maintenance Requests

General maintenance items are those items that do not affect your security, safety or health.

We are always keen to help you rectify any matters as quickly as we can upon our owner's instructions.

Please login to your tenant portal to report any issue or email your property manager and provide as much information as possible regarding the nature of the problem. It would also be helpful to email digital photographs to have a better understanding of the issue.

We will first gain the owner’s approval and will contact one of our reputable and reliable contractors to undertake the work. They will be in touch with you directly to arrange an appointment however if you permit our tradesperson to collect keys from our office, you must notify us in writing.

We would love to hear from you when the work is complete.

Please note:

  • Our contractors may charge you a fee if the reported damage cannot be located or if you arrange an appointment time and fail to attend;
  • The owner is not responsible for repairs caused by misuse or neglect by you or your visitors 

i.e.
Power failure caused by appliances
Foreign objects blocking drains or toilets
Breakage by force

If you are unsure of who is responsible for a repair, please contact your property manager.
