We know you want a rental payment system that is easy to use, so you’re in charge!

Rental payments are made weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance by direct payment into our trust account. You can make an electronic funds transfer, take cash into any ANZ branch throughout Australia. Easy!

 If you are having banking problems or you know there is going to be a minor delay in payment, please contact us. It’s important to keep a timely tenant payment history, so we can provide great rental references for you in future.

 Our arrears process is prompt and thorough. If you don’t make contact with us, you can expect immediate action from us to rectify your late rent payment. We prefer a friendly approach.

Please remember that your rental payments are reflected on your ledger for all future rental applications, so it is vital you keep in advance at all times to ensure you avoid headaches when trying to find a new property in the future.
