Upon acceptance of your tenancy application, you will be required to pay a holding deposit which is usually one week's rent. Before moving into your new home you will be required to pay another weeks rent so you will be two weeks in advance, and you will also need to pay a four-week bond. This can be done directly with us which will be lodged with Fair Trading on your behalf or directly through Rental Bonds Online. Your bond will be held for the duration of your tenancy.
When you move into your rental property, you will be provided with an Entry Condition Report and you will have 7 days to raise any discrepancies with us. Should you fail to do so, we note your acceptance of the ECR in its entirety.
At the end of your tenancy, we will assess the ECR and ensure the property has been left clean and undamaged. If there are any discrepancies or queries, we will contact you. If the property is left clean and undamaged we will release the full bond back to your nominated bank account.
