Choosing a tenant for your investment property is not a responsibility we take lightly. All potential tenants must fill out an application form and provide 100 points of ID, supporting documents/receipts and any items that prove past tenancies or ownership of current place of residence.
We also conduct a TICA background check of them too.
But it’s not all in the paperwork. Our experience knows the way tenants interact with us, present themselves and their manner must also be evaluated as it helps us to determine their character. Only after this extensive process will we make a recommendation to you.
Only after this extensive process do we present them to you, the owner for the final decision.
