Our qualified, licensed and reliable tradespeople will arrive on time, undertake quality work in a timely manner and will clean up after themselves.

General maintenance items are required to be completed within 14 days and are matters that do not affect the tenants security, safety or health.

Any general maintenance must be approved by the landlord in writing before arranging. Quotes can and will be sourced where necessary.

As an owner you are not responsible for the following:

  • Tenant reported damage/repairs that cannot be located
  • Call out fees where tenants have failed to attend pre-agreed appointments with contractors and access was unable to be made and subsequent call out occurred
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect by the tenant or tenant’s visitors

Power failure caused by tenant appliances
Tenant’s foreign objects blocking drains or toilets
Tenant’s breakage by force
